Sol city, C.P. 45050 in Zapopan, Jalisco, México, the privacy and good use of the information that you provide to us, is too important, for that reason as responsible of dig over your personal data, of the use that it gives to the same and it's protection, we are engaged with you to give the treatment according to the particulars possession data personal protection law federal (hereafter to the "law").

Through this present Privacy Advice, we let you know that the personal data given to Golden Shores by filling out our register formats (printed or digital) or by phone communication with our authorized personnel, such as name, address, phone, e-mail, RFC, nationality and special celebrations days, will be used to provide the services that you have requested, such as reservations, vacation packages, affiliation to loyalty programs or any other related with the tourism industry service; let you know about new services related to hotels industry; communicate about changes of the same services; offer you promotions and specials services and other touristic products; as well as to evaluate the quality of the service that we give to you. All mentioned before is with the intention to offer you the best service possible and identify your preferences to make your stay more enjoyable. 

In case you provide us data related with your health condition, considered by the law as personal data sensitive, will be used with the only intention of giving you the a personalized service and make more enjoyable your stay. So you expressly authorize its use and Golden Shores agrees to use them under the appropriate security method, always guaranteeing your confidentiality. 

Likewise, we inform you that your data might be transferred to subsidiaries or associated companies, third parties (domestics and foreign) and to be used within or out of the country, with the intention to offer you lodging services. If you do not stated your disagreement so that your personal data is transferred, will be understood that you have given you tacit consent to do so. 

At any time you may revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data and may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing of personal data provided, through a written request addressed to Golden Shores , Department of Personal Data, at the following address: López Mateos Sur Avenue number 2375, Zone P, Local 2, interior H, Col. Ciudad del Sol, CP 45050 in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Golden Shores in turn, will have a maximum period of 20 days to respond to your request and inform you about the origin of it and send you the written response to the address or email you have provided in your request.
